دفتر (تطبيق iPhone وiPad، وموقع dftar.io) من نشر TechLabs Apps. توضّح هذه السياسة ما يخزّنه دفتر وخوادمه، ولماذا.
دون حساب
يمكنك استخدام تطبيق iPhone بالكامل دون تسجيل دخول. في هذه الحالة تبقى ملاحظاتك على جهازك فقط ولا يصلنا منها شيء. نسخة الويب تتطلب حساباً.
ما نخزّنه عند تسجيل الدخول
- بيانات الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك إن أدخلته. إن سجّلت بالبريد وكلمة المرور نخزّن كلمة المرور مشفّرة تشفيراً أحادي الاتجاه (scrypt) فلا يمكن لأحد قراءتها. وإن سجّلت عبر Apple نخزّن المعرّف الفريد الذي ترسله Apple لحسابك، وبريدك (أو بريد الترحيل الخاص من Apple إن اخترت إخفاءه).
- محتوى مساحات العمل: الصفحات والفقرات وقواعد البيانات والمهام التي تنشئها، لمزامنتها بين أجهزتك ومع من تشاركهم مساحة العمل.
- الصور المرفوعة: الصور التي تضيفها إلى صفحاتك. لا يصل إليها إلا أعضاء مساحة العمل نفسها.
- العضوية والدعوات: مساحات العمل التي تنتمي إليها ودورك فيها، وروابط الدعوة التي تنشئها.
- بيانات تشغيلية: رمز جلسة مشفّر (hash)، وعدد طلبات المساعد الذكي هذا الشهر، ورمز إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور مشفّراً لمدة 15 دقيقة إن طلبته. دفتر مجاني ولا نتعامل مع أي بيانات دفع.
عنوان IP يُستخدم مؤقتاً في الذاكرة للحد من محاولات تسجيل الدخول المتكررة ولا يُخزَّن. لا نحتفظ بسجلات وصول للطلبات.
المساعد الذكي
عند استخدامك لميزة من ميزات المساعد الذكي، يُرسَل النص الذي اخترته (وما يلزم من سياق الصفحة) إلى Google لمعالجته بنموذج Gemini وإعادة النتيجة إليك. لا نخزّن هذا النص على خوادمنا، ولا يُرسَل شيء إلى Google إلا عندما تطلب ذلك بنفسك.
مهم: نستخدم الخدمة المجانية من Gemini. وفق شروط Google لهذه الخدمة، قد تستخدم Google النصوص المرسلة لتحسين منتجاتها، وقد يطّلع عليها مراجعون بشريون. لذلك لا تستخدم المساعد الذكي مع معلومات حساسة أو شخصية أو سرية. تبقى ملاحظاتك نفسها على خوادمنا ولا تصل إلى Google إلا النصوص التي تطلب معالجتها.
لا إعلانات ولا تتبّع
لا يحتوي دفتر على إعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع من أطراف ثالثة، ولا نبيع بياناتك أو نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.
المشاركة
يرى أعضاء مساحة العمل المشتركة محتواها واسمك ودورك، ومن يشاهد الصفحة نفسها في اللحظة ذاتها. لا يشارك دفتر بياناتك مع أي جهة أخرى سوى: Google للمساعد الذكي كما ورد أعلاه، وApple عند تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple، وTwilio SendGrid لإرسال رسائل إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور إلى بريدك فقط.
الحذف
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. يُحذف حسابك وجلساتك وعضوياتك فوراً، وتُحذف كل مساحة عمل لم يكن فيها عضو غيرك مع محتواها وصورها. ما أضفته إلى مساحات عمل مشتركة مع آخرين يبقى لديهم بصفته جزءاً من مساحتهم. حذف التطبيق يحذف البيانات المحلية من جهازك.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً.

Daftar (the iPhone and iPad app, and dftar.io) is published by TechLabs Apps. This policy explains what Daftar and its servers store, and why.
Without an account
You can use the iPhone app fully without signing in. Your notes then stay on your device and nothing reaches us. The web version needs an account.
What we store when you sign in
- Account details: your email address, and your name if you gave one. If you sign up with email and password, we store the password only as a one-way scrypt hash that nobody can read back. If you use Sign in with Apple, we store the unique identifier Apple gives your account for our app and your email (or Apple's private relay address if you chose to hide it).
- Workspace content: the pages, blocks, databases and to-dos you create, so they sync across your devices and with people you share a workspace with.
- Uploaded images: images you add to your pages. Only members of the same workspace can access them.
- Membership and invites: which workspaces you belong to, your role in each, and invite links you create.
- Operational data: a hashed session token, how many AI requests you made this month, and, if you ask for one, a hashed password-reset code that expires after 15 minutes. Daftar is free and handles no payment data.
Your IP address is used briefly in memory to rate-limit sign-in attempts and is not stored. We keep no request access logs.
AI assistant
When you use an AI feature, the text you selected (and any page context it needs) is sent to Google to be processed by its Gemini model, and the result is returned to you. We do not store this text on our servers, and nothing is sent to Google unless you ask for an AI action.
Important: we use Gemini's free tier. Under Google's terms for that tier, Google may use the text sent to it to improve its products, and human reviewers may read it. Please don't use the AI assistant on sensitive, personal or confidential information. Your notes themselves stay on our servers; only the text you ask the assistant to work on reaches Google.
No ads, no tracking
Daftar has no ads, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Sharing
Members of a shared workspace see its content, your name and role, and who is viewing the same page at the moment. Daftar shares no data with anyone else, except: Google for the AI assistant as described above, Apple when you use Sign in with Apple, and Twilio SendGrid only to deliver password-reset emails to you.
Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your account, sessions and memberships are deleted immediately, together with every workspace where you were the only member, including its content and images. Content you added to workspaces shared with others stays with them as part of their workspace. Deleting the app removes the local data from your device.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13.
