باستخدامك دفتر من TechLabs Apps (التطبيق أو الموقع) فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، وعند استخدام تطبيق iPhone على اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple.
محتواك
ما تكتبه في دفتر ملكك. نستخدمه فقط لتشغيل الخدمة: تخزينه ومزامنته وعرضه لمن تشاركهم، ومعالجته بالمساعد الذكي عندما تطلب ذلك. أنت مسؤول عن المحتوى الذي ترفعه أو تشاركه، ويجب ألا يخالف القانون أو حقوق الآخرين.
مجاني
دفتر مجاني بالكامل ولا يتضمن اشتراكات أو مشتريات. المساعد الذكي متاح لكل مستخدم ضمن رصيد شهري للاستخدام العادل، قد نعدّله حسب التكلفة والضغط على الخدمة.
المساعد الذكي
نتائج المساعد الذكي مولّدة آلياً بنموذج Gemini من Google وقد تحتوي على أخطاء؛ راجعها قبل الاعتماد عليها. لا ترسل إليه معلومات حساسة (انظر سياسة الخصوصية).
الاستخدام المقبول
لا تستخدم الخدمة لإرسال محتوى ضار أو غير قانوني، أو لمحاولة الوصول إلى بيانات الآخرين، أو لإرهاق الخوادم. قد نوقف الحسابات التي تخالف ذلك.
إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي". نبذل جهدنا لحفظ بياناتك، لكن ننصح بتصدير ما يهمك دورياً.

By using Daftar from TechLabs Apps (the app or the website) you agree to these terms and, for the iPhone app, to Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
Your content
What you write in Daftar is yours. We use it only to run the service: storing and syncing it, showing it to people you share with, and processing it with the AI assistant when you ask. You are responsible for content you upload or share, which must not break the law or infringe others' rights.
Free
Daftar is completely free and has no subscriptions or purchases. The AI assistant is available to everyone within a monthly fair-use allowance, which we may adjust based on cost and load.
AI assistant
AI results are machine-generated by Google's Gemini model and may contain mistakes; review them before relying on them. Don't send it sensitive information (see the privacy policy).
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send harmful or illegal content, to try to access other people's data, or to overload our servers. We may suspend accounts that do.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep your data safe, but recommend exporting anything important from time to time.
